These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the website https://skyhawkbiz.com, which is owned and operated by SkyhawkBiz. By visiting or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

PRIOR CONDITIONS

• The Client confirms that its website does not contain duplicate websites, duplicate content or pages, redirects, or doorway pages.
• The Client confirms that it has not requested or exchanged links with link farms or used spam-based techniques that may negatively affect the website’s ranking with Google or other search engines.
• SkyhawkBiz cannot provide a 100% guarantee of any specific result on any search engine. We also cannot guarantee or quantify the level of increased traffic, leads, sales, or rankings that may result from an SEO campaign.
• All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If the Client changes optimized pages created by SkyhawkBiz, or fails to implement changes recommended by SkyhawkBiz, any guarantee previously provided will become void immediately.
• SkyhawkBiz follows a strictly ethical SEO policy. Any guarantee may be withdrawn if the Client participates in activities considered undesirable or spam-related by search engines, including:
• Using hidden links.
• Linking to link farms, free-for-all link pages, or similar websites.
• Using page redirects or cloaking techniques.
• Submitting website pages to search engines, directories, or other websites without SkyhawkBiz’s consent.
• Using automated website-submission software or services.
• Using automated reciprocal-link programs.
• SkyhawkBiz reserves the right to use Client websites, website designs, layouts, wireframes, and related materials in advertising or marketing initiatives. This may include portfolio examples on our website, case studies, other promotional materials, and discreet links in the footer of websites supplied by SkyhawkBiz, unless the Client specifically instructs us in writing not to do so.

ASSIGNMENT OF SPECIFIC RIGHTS

To receive professional SEO services, the Client agrees to provide SkyhawkBiz with the following:

• FTP access and other necessary back-end administrative access to the website so that SkyhawkBiz may make changes for on-page optimization purposes.
• Permission to communicate directly with relevant third parties, including the Client’s web designer or developer, when necessary.
• Full access to existing website traffic statistics for analysis and tracking purposes.
• Authorization for SkyhawkBiz to use the Client’s logos, trademarks, website images, content, and related materials when creating articles, website content, and other materials necessary for search engine optimization.
• If the Client’s website does not contain enough written content, the Client agrees to provide additional text content in electronic format to support the creation of additional or more detailed web pages. SkyhawkBiz may also create website content for the Client at an additional cost.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

During and after the term of the agreement, the Client agrees to keep SkyhawkBiz’s confidential information strictly confidential. The Client may not use or disclose SkyhawkBiz’s confidential information without SkyhawkBiz’s prior written consent.

The Client agrees not to make knowingly false, unlawful, or defamatory statements about SkyhawkBiz or its employees, associates, or partners. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts a Client’s lawful right to provide an honest review, opinion, or feedback about SkyhawkBiz.

If the Client breaches this non-disclosure obligation, SkyhawkBiz may seek reasonable damages or other remedies permitted by law.

COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

SkyhawkBiz retains copyright protection in all materials, information, and publications made available on this website, collectively referred to as “Website Information.”

SkyhawkBiz permits normal downloading, copying, and distribution of Website Information for non-commercial use by you or within your organization only. Any copies of Website Information must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices, and you may not modify the Website Information in any way.

Except where your use qualifies as “fair use” under applicable copyright law, you may not use, download, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, or distribute any Website Information, in whole or in part, without SkyhawkBiz’s prior written consent.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RENEWALS

SkyhawkBiz does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and automatically renew at the end of each paid subscription period.
Before selecting a paid plan, the Client is responsible for evaluating SkyhawkBiz’s features, limitations, and process requirements. SkyhawkBiz will not issue refunds because a Client did not understand process requirements or experienced compatibility issues, including inadequate website content or lack of consistency.

The Client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew unless canceled.

By submitting the form, you consent to receive emails, phone calls (which may be recorded), and text messages (e.g., promos, cart reminders). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or by clicking the unsubscribe link (where available).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients acknowledge that subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.

To cancel a subscription, the Client must email info@skyhawkbiz.com and copy their assigned project manager at least three days before the next billing date. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent as acknowledgment.

The Client is solely responsible for properly canceling a subscription.

REFUND POLICY

All SkyhawkBiz subscription plans and services are billed in advance each month and are non-refundable. SkyhawkBiz does not provide prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans.

No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service, plan upgrades or downgrades, or unused portions of a billing period.
